Shipping Policy

We ship from Queensland, Australia to customers across Australia and worldwide. Each Lunamara piece is carefully packaged and prepared for delivery, with tracking included on every order.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During busier periods such as collection launches, holiday seasons or promotional events, there may be slight delays. We appreciate your patience as we handcraft and package each order with care.

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.


Estimated Delivery Times

Within Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 2 to 8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1 to 4 business days

  • Tracking included on all orders

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 7 to 21 business days (varies by destination)

  • Rates may vary depending on product and quantity

  • Tracking included

  • Any customs duties, fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer

Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and international carriers. Actual times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.


Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey. If your tracking has not updated within 5 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will assist.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier services

  • Customs processing or inspections

  • Public holidays or border closures

  • Weather events or unforeseen disruptions

We will always do our best to support you if your parcel is delayed.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once your order is placed.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs. Lunamara Collections is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


Lost or Stolen Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

We are not liable for stolen parcels or packages marked as delivered. We recommend choosing a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the parcel.
