Refunds, Returns & Repairs

At Lunamara Collections, every piece is handmade with care. Our jewellery is designed to last, to be worn, and to be loved. We want you to feel completely confident when ordering from us, so here is everything you need to know about returns, exchanges and repairs.


Change of Mind

As each piece is handmade, often using one-of-a-kind materials, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please ensure you read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure or need help deciding, feel free to get in touch before placing your order.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

We are proud of the quality of our pieces, but if something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we will make it right.

To report a fault or issue, please email us at hello@lunamaracollections.com.au within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos showing the item and any damage

If confirmed faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund depending on the nature of the issue and your preference.


Repairs and Our One-of-a-Kind Promise

Many of our pieces feature natural shells and coastal materials, meaning no two are ever the same. If your one-of-a-kind or custom piece is damaged, we are happy to help restore it.

We offer free repairs within 360 days of purchase.
You will just need to cover the cost of return shipping to us.

To organise a repair, please email hello@lunamaracollections.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • A short description of what happened

We will confirm whether the piece is eligible for repair and guide you through the next steps.


Return Shipping

If a return or repair is approved, it is your responsibility to package the item securely and cover the cost of return shipping, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

We recommend using a tracked postage service, as Lunamara Collections is not responsible for items lost in transit.


What Cannot Be Returned or Refunded

  • Change of mind

  • Personalised or custom orders

  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or not following care instructions

  • Returns requested outside the 7-day window
