To keep your necklace looking its best:
- Rinse gently with fresh water after swimming in the ocean or pool
- Avoid direct sprays of lotions, perfumes, or harsh chemicals
- Store in a cool, dry place or soft pouch when not in use
- Wipe occasionally with a soft, dry cloth to remove oils or dirt
Shipping
- All Soulful Collection pieces are made to order. Please allow 1-3 weeks for your necklace to be created, plus 3–5 business days for delivery.
- If your piece is already pre-made (such as the Courtney Rose), it will ship within a few days of purchase.
- Standard shipping is $10.95 Australia-wide. International shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Returns
- Because each piece is custom handmade, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
- If your necklace arrives damaged or is not as expected, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Every Lunamara necklace comes with a 3-month repair promise. If your piece needs repair within this time, we’ll cover return shipping and fix it for you at no cost.

Each Lunamara necklace is made to order with care. Please allow 3–4 weeks for your piece to be created, plus an additional 3–5 business days for shipping. If your necklace is already pre-made (like the Courtney Rose), it will ship within a few days of purchase.
Because every necklace is handcrafted and custom made, we cannot offer returns for change of mind. However, if your piece arrives damaged or is not as expected, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.
